Cape View Villa

Cape View Villa has stunning sea views to Cape Kidnappers, Napier and across to Mahia. The beach is right across the road and next door is Beach House Winery. Further along Clifton Road is Elephant Hill Winery, Clearview Winery and Te Awanga Estate Winery for wine tasting, platters and meals.

The villa has recently been renovated throughout and has a new kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The huge deck with BBQ & outdoor furniture gets all day sun as does the house - winter and summer which makes for a cosy warm house. There is free WIFI, mobile coverage, landline phone, SKY TV, DVD player, blue tooth stereo with smart phone dock, heat pump, electric blankets, bath robes, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. A large rumpus room with a TV & DVD player. Also a large fully fenced back yard with outdoor toys and games and a sand pit with sand toys.

This house is well set up for 2 families holidaying together, a group of friends, girls get away break and boys golfing trip.
